1.Questions about Nextreks
Email hello@nextreks.com for anything about Nextreks: the private beta, the waitlist, how Challenges and the portfolio work, or what a parent sees. Students and parents can also join the waitlist to hear when Nextreks opens to everyone in 2027.
2.Schools and counselors
Email schools@nextreks.com about the counselor pilot or bringing Nextreks to a school. The counselor page shows a sample student portfolio and what counselors can see.
3.Privacy and your data
Email privacy@nextreks.com to see, correct, delete or get a copy of the information Nextreks holds about you or your student. We reply within 30 days and never charge for these requests. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
4.Organizations offering opportunities
Programs, camps, competitions and employers can list opportunities for high school students in Explore. Start on the page for organizations, or email hello@nextreks.com.
5.Report a concern
If something on a student's public portfolio looks wrong or unsafe, email hello@nextreks.com with “Report a concern” in the subject and the page link. Every public portfolio page has a Report a concern link that fills this in.
